Join us for the 2022 Celebration of Freedom September 9-11, 2022!
The 4th Annual Celebration of Freedom will be held September 9-10, 2022 (Softball Tournament will conclude on the 11th) at Columbia County Fairgrounds, 1 Fairgrounds Road, Portage, WI. In the first 3 years, this statewide community event has raised over $70,000 for Legion Wisconsin Programs. What can we do with $70,000? It could sponsor over 140 Veterans to Camp, help thousands of Veterans and their families meet their financial needs during hard times, annually send 54 Legion All-Stars to play at American Family Field or send over 200 boys to Badger Boys State to name a few.
This is a STATE-WIDE LEGION FAMILY community event featuring a WWII Traveling Memorial, live entertainment by Best Practice, Road Trip and Drew Henderson, food and drink, an adult softball tournament and more.
Also new this year is the 1st Annual Celebration of Freedom Softball Tournament. This is an adult slow pitch tournament for those wanting a good time. For more information go to https://bit.ly/COFTOURNEY, click on the picture above or the link in the toolkit on this page.
Join us Saturday for an exciting line-up beginning at 1 PM with Best Practice, followed by fan favorites Road Trip and concluding the evening with Air Force Veteran Drew Henderson.
