The fillable forms to be submitted will be found on this website, and are not in the manual. The Department Headquarters Team is always ready to assist, however before contacting Headquarters with questions, please reference the Administrative Manual.
Constitution and Bylaws
The Constitution and Bylaws govern the operations of The American Legion, Department of Wisconsin.
This edition of the Constitution and Bylaws was updated per resolutions passed at the 2021 Department Convention. Changes are highlighted in yellow and will be approved by the Department Policy Committee at the Department Fall Meetings in October.
