Exciting New Events!

Engage22 Suicide Awareness Walk Friday Afternoon through downtown Appleton. This is a community event and ALL are welcome. We will begin at the Red Lion and walk to the beautiful Lawrence University, through City Park and back to the Red Lion. This is a 2.2 mile walk to raise awareness and support for the prevention of Veteran Suicide. You can Register Here, or on the Conference Registration Form.

Saturday night entertainment by Full Tilt DJ and Game Show 1 (video attached). All in attendance will be involved. You will dance and laugh the night away!

Speaker List Building with Excitement!

Come and be inspired by a line up of speakers like never before. The UW will be in attendance to share with you their UW MIA Recovery and Identification Project. They will be fresh off their latest trip to find and identify our MIAs.

If you were lucky enough to catch Dr. Erich Roush's suicide awareness class at Midwinter, then you know what a great presentation he will bring to the Convention Stage on Saturday. We are excited to learn more from him. Dr. Roush has been in the U.S. Army since 2007: five years active duty and seven years and counting in the Reserves. He has served as an armor, signal, and medical officer and now serves as a psychologist in a Combat Operational Stress Control unit.

It's our mission to enhance the lives of our Veterans and their families, inspire the next generation of Wisconsin leaders, and promote the principles of The Legion in every community across the Badger State.

Together, we can accomplish so much for those who need us. We welcome you to our Legion Family.
